Jeff Boruff MD
Dr. Boruff is a native of Knoxville and graduated with highest honors from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and in the top 10% of his medical school class at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. His Internship and Residency consisted of three rigorous years in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Special interests include disease intervention, heart disease, and Type II Diabetes Mellitus.
Andrew Goins DO
Dr. Goins is an East Tennessee native and a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in biochemistry. He went to medical school at LMU-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Tennessee. After medical school, he completed his Internal Medicine residency through the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga in 2015. Dr. Goins is board certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Goins is passionate about helping relieve each of his patients' health concerns. His clinical interests include geriatric care, management of diabetes, and a strong emphasis on preventative medicine. He is an avid hiker and outdoorsman who enjoys spending time in the Smoky Mountains delighting in creation.
Karen Rader MD
Dr. Rader is a native Tennesseean, born and raised in the Livingston community. She attended Tennessee Technological University and then graduated with highest honors with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from UT Memphis. She served as director of Pharmacy at HCA Livingston Community Hospital from 1979-1982 before returning to UT Memphis and earning her medical degree in 1986.
Dr. Raders postgraduate training consisted of three intensive years of study in Internal Medicine at Washington University Medical Center, Jewish Hospital, Saint Louis, Missouri. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and has a special interest in Women's Health.
Marianne Solomon MD
Dr. Solomon is from Chattanooga. She graduated from Vanderbilt University and then earned her medical degree at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. Her post graduate training consisted of three intensive years at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Her husband Dennis is a pediatrician with Knoxville Pediatric Group.
Connie Hamilton FNP-BC
Ms. Hamilton was raised in Ashville, NC and attended North Carolina State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree in 1993. She moved to Knoxville in 2000 and earned a masters in Nursing with Honors from the University of Tennessee in 2003. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Her special interests include chronic disease management and wellness promotion.

Ms. Webb moved to Knoxville in 1986 to attend the University of Tennessee, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. After working in Intensive Care at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge for seven years, Ms. Webb returned to East Tennessee State University completing her Masters in Nursing specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Joining IMW in 1999, she is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Her special interests include wellness promotion and disease prevention and maintenance.
